I recently joined Weight Watchers and decided to share my first full week of eating on the program!
I have loved this transition from the Keto diet to Weight Watchers because I can enjoy a variety of food guilt-free, it’s much easier with my active and busy lifestyle, and I can go out to social situations and actually EAT!
I loved sharing what I was eating this first week. Overall I’m really proud of how I did during my first week on Weight Watchers.
